Cancellation

  1. 1. What is our Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your order with in 24hours by calling our helpline number +91-𝟵𝟱𝟵𝟵𝟴𝟱𝟳𝟯𝟳𝟯 or by mailing us at help@shauryasanadhya.com . Any amount paid will be credited into your shauryasanadhya.com account wallet.

Note* Order will not be cancelled once it is processed in our warehouse and dispatched. Please check returns / refund policy.

  1. 2. Item purchased on sale will not we cancelled or refunded.
  2. 3. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team at 𝟵𝟱𝟵𝟵𝟴𝟱𝟳𝟯𝟳𝟯 or by mailing us at help@shauryasanadhya.com and if we have shipped the order then reshipping charges of 250INR will have to be paid .

  1. 4. I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

For all Prepaid orders, you will receive a refund in your shauryasanadhya.com account wallet immediately after your order has been cancelled. 

 

RETURNS

 1. We do only size exchange once for all orders, items once sold are not taken back.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (We do not have reverse pick up facility ), as any returned items that is not received by shauryasanadhya.com will be treated as not returned.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to shauryasanadhya.com on the following address:

  1. 2. Purchase made During SALE are Not eligible for any kind of Return or exchange
  2. 3. Returns can be done within 7 days for the date of delivery
  3. 4. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
  4. 5.Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
  5. .6. Lehenga's ,Anarkali's and custom orders are non Returnable. ( if there is a mismatch of colour as shown in the website we will exchange the product)

EXCHANGES

  1. 1. If you require a replacement of size, color or alternative item/s, you are required to initiate a return process of the same.
